Second Snow Day

The snow was still deep and soft today, and Eliza woke up begging to go outside and play. How could I say no to this face?
I went through the lengthy process of bundling up the boys, and we headed outside.

Ezra was immediately anxious about going out into the cold. It took some coaxing to convince him to come down the stairs and play with the snow again. Once they got downstairs, they weren't sure what to do.

Ezra was obviously unimpressed.
Elliott was a disapproving at first, then a little confused about what to think, and then a little more okay with the cold.

We made some progress, and Ezra and Elliott actually spent some time throwing snow and smiling. Success!

Of course, this happiness was short lived.

Meanwhile, Eliza was having the time of her life making snow balls and snow angels.

Eventually, I bundled the babies up with their blankets, put them in the stroller, and we took a nice walk in the snow.

Again, Eliza was pretty sad when we came inside, but the babies were done. I can't believe how much this little girl loves snow!
